Director of Nursing
This position oversees the nursing department, ensuring high-quality care for residents. They provide leadership, develop care plans, and coordinate services to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Additionally, the DON manages staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and promotes effective communication among the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Our Nurses are responsible for providing direct care to residents, assessing their health needs, and developing personalized care plans. They administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ well-being. Nurses also provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.

Certified Medical Technician CMT and Level I Med Aid
Assists licensed nursing staff by administering daily medications in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policy and procedures.

Restorative Aid
Perform general strengthening exercises, positioning devices for residents , assist with transfers, shifting of residents. Assisting with therapeutic treatments and devices as identified by the physical therapist.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), Resident Assistant
A critical part of our care team, nursing assistants provide essential direct care and assistance to residents. They help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. In addition assisting with mobility, monitor vital signs, and communicate residents’ needs and concerns to the nursing staff.

MDS Coordinator
Healthcare professionals that evaluate the quality of emotional, mental and physical care given to long term residents. MDS coordinators are part of the nursing team who help manage the nursing team and serve as liaisons in the intake and evaluation process of residents.
