How to Refer a Patient
It starts with your phone call. We will gather some initial information, request some paperwork, and ask permission to contact the family to invite them on a tour. From there, we process the referral and coordinate the admission. If calling from a hospital, a medical and benefits review may proceed any personal communications with the family.
